Integration Architect

Pepco is a well-known and respected brand present in 18 European countries. The company's headquarters, where key decisions are made, is located in Poznań. The team consists of over 1300 people, impacting the operation of more than 3700 Pepco stores across Europe. The company employs over 30,000 people, opens hundreds of stores annually, and expands into new European markets.

• Experience in system integration or integration architecture.
• Practical knowledge of integration patterns and API design.
• Experience with one of the integration platforms (e.g., webMethods, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, or similar).
• Very good command of English.
• Ability to work in a complex environment and collaborate with multiple teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP integrations or transformation projects (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of integration security areas (OAuth2, mTLS, etc.).
• Architectural certifications (e.g., TOGAF).

• Designing and developing integration architecture (API, event-driven integrations, SAP and non-SAP system integrations).
• Collaborating with business and technical teams on the direction of integration development.
• Supporting development teams with integration patterns and best practices.
• Participating in technology selection and defining integration standards.
• Ensuring security and compliance of integrations with regulations.
