Senior SAP Consultant (Payroll, with German)

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP HCM (modules PY, PA, PT, OM).
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schema and rule configuration.
• Proven ability to configure SAP HCM systems in line with customer needs.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data-related issues.
• Solid background in business process analysis, optimization, and project delivery.
• Good command of the German language.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Analyze HR and payroll processes and recommend optimal solutions within SAP Payroll (PY DE).
• Configure and enhance SAP HCM modules (PY, TM, PA/OM) and contribute to payroll transformation and migration projects.
• Support day-to-day payroll operations and resolve system issues as part of 2nd/3rd level support.
• Interpret German labor and payroll regulations and translate them into appropriate system configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HR master data and payroll processing.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize processes and ensure the system meets business requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and support the development of internal best practices.
