Technical Quantexa Analyst

Experienced business/IT analyst to explore new Transaction Monitoring requirements and facilitate analysis together with business experts, product owner, local systems SMEs and various stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in business and IT analysis.
• Strong in collaboration and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with collecting, validating and structuring business functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with process modelling and visualization techniques.
• Understanding of data analysis and information modelling.
• Good writing skills, presentation and communication skills.
• Familiar with agile way of working.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Analyst.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in banking domain, especially in the financial crime prevention area.
• Experience in Hadoop and Transaction monitoring domain.
• Sound knowledge of various products of Capital Markets and Trade Finance respectively.

• Act as bridge between the Business and IT teams from scope perspective.
• Collect, validate, structure and document business functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as the SPOC for any questions/clarifications from Developers/Testers regarding requirements.
• Provide support to the Testing team in drafting the Test scenarios.
• Provide support to the Business team during UAT from scope coverage perspective.

Location: Poland (Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia). Hybrid work: remotely up to 50% per month.
