Program Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), executing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The role is for an experienced Program Manager in investment banking for one of the three largest banks in Poland, working fully remotely on a long-term project.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, PRINCE2)
• Experience in end-to-end project execution
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies
• Knowledge of system analysis methods
• Knowledge of software development technologies and methodologies
• Very good English language skills (minimum C1)
• Knowledge of SCRUM
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, MS Excel, MS Office
• Communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the financial/banking sector

• Managing projects considering scope, budget, time, quality, and risks
• Leading and motivating the project team
• Monitoring and reporting project status to sponsors and stakeholders
• Supervising the project budget according to internal regulations
• Coordinating cooperation with external suppliers
• Implementing and applying appropriate project management methodologies
