Senior Technical Program Manager (IDE Department)

• A technical background or experience working closely with software development teams.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in the tech industry.
• A proven track record of delivering and launching complex software (or combined) projects.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle; PMP certification or similar is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products is a plus.

• Lead projects to improve execution and delivery by JetBrains developers.
• Collaborate across departments to identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve engineering, quality assurance, and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and introduce mitigation strategies.
