Wymagania
- System Architect: minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects
- Lead System Architect: minimum 10 years of experience in IT projects, at least 8 years developing on the Pega platform, including minimum 2 years as Lead System Architect
- Pega SSA certificate for System Architect
- Pega LSA certificate for Lead System Architect
- Experience with Pega CLM module
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
- Experience with Pega Constellation
Obowiązki
- Implement new functionalities on the Pega platform including the Pega CLM module
- Create and configure solutions supporting KYC processes
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and adapt existing processes and rules in the Pega system
- Collaborate with analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver and maintain Pega-based solutions
- Work within the SAFe methodology
Oferta
- Hybrid work mode: 2-3 days per week in office (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź, or Warszawa)
- B2B contract with ITFS (no paid leave)
- Salary Senior: 150-200 PLN/hour + VAT
- Salary Lead: 230-280 PLN/hour + VAT
