IT Workplace Specialist

Forte is a Polish-Norwegian software house delivering web and mobile solutions. The IT team supports over 300 specialists across offices in Kraków, Katowice, Oslo, Berlin, and Copenhagen, providing tools and reliable infrastructure.

• Minimum two years of experience in IT Support, IT administration, or Workplace Management
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Experience managing identity and access, including accounts, groups, permissions, and MFA
• Ability to independently handle complex technical topics and engage in IT environment development projects
• Good knowledge of Windows 11 environment
• Knowledge of macOS / MacBook or willingness to work in this environment
• Good work organization, independence, and prioritization skills
• English language proficiency allowing fluent written and oral communication (minimum B2) and fluent Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience managing and developing Intune environment
• Knowledge of access policy design and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security: Microsoft Defender / XDR
• Ability to write PowerShell scripts
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience automating administrative tasks
• Ability to create and organize technical documentation

• Resolve complex technical issues related to devices, accounts, and Microsoft 365 services
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, and Intune
• Manage identity and access, including accounts, groups, permissions, MFA, and licenses
• Develop and maintain Intune environment, including policies, configurations, device compliance, reporting, and new solution deployment
• Manage Windows 11 and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune
• Participate in projects enhancing endpoint security, including Microsoft Defender / XDR implementation
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• Create and update technical documentation, procedures, and user instructions
