Land Acquisition Project Director

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably with wind farm projects
• Practical knowledge of building law, spatial planning, environmental protection, and environmental procedures
• Higher education (technical or environmental fields are a strong advantage)
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Experience in managing investment projects and working with stakeholders

• Lead renewable energy projects from organizational, formal, and technical perspectives
• Identify and secure land for wind farm investments
• Coordinate the land acquisition process and supervise the team
• Participate in negotiations with property owners
• Verify and review lease agreements
• Collaborate with public administration and other investment process participants
• Participate in transactions for purchasing renewable energy projects and negotiate terms
• Build relationships with local authorities and communities
• Work closely with legal, technical, and administrative departments
