Senior Delivery Manager – eMobility, Renewables & Energy Solutions

Senior Delivery Manager responsible for the successful delivery of complex IT projects supporting digital transformation across the energy sector, including eMobility, renewable energy, and utility operations. Experienced in managing large-scale custom software development projects within software house environments, delivering mission-critical solutions for enterprise clients in regulated and operationally demanding industries.

• Experience delivering technology solutions supporting eMobility platforms (EV charging infrastructure, roaming, fleet electrification)
• Experience with Charging Station Management Systems (CSMS)
• Experience with energy and utility digital platforms
• Experience with renewable energy management systems (solar, wind, distributed energy resources)
• Experience with energy data and asset management solutions
• Experience with grid and energy ecosystem integrations
• Experience with customer and partner-facing energy applications
• Experience with IoT-enabled energy and infrastructure platforms
• Experience with energy market and billing integrations
• Experience with energy transition and decarbonization initiatives
• Experience managing projects under Fixed Price and Time & Material engagement models
• Proven track record in coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Experience in risk management in regulated and operational environments

Role in Project Delivery:

• Responsible for overall delivery governance and execution of the project
• Ensures compliance with contractual commitments, operational constraints, and client expectations

Delivery Management:

• End-to-end delivery management of complex IT projects in the energy domain
• Accountability for delivery timelines, scope, budget, and quality
• Management of projects delivered under Fixed Price and Time & Material contracts
• Coordination of cross-functional delivery teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, architecture)
• Delivery planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Risk identification and mitigation in regulated and operational environments
• Change and scope management across evolving technical and business requirements
• Stakeholder communication with technical, operational, and business teams
• Ensuring delivery alignment with client operational and integration requirements
• Maintaining delivery predictability and service stability
