AI Agent Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves working on AI agent design, development, and deployment to streamline business processes in an Agile environment, leveraging Microsoft Power Platform including Copilot Studio.

General:

• Proven experience in a similar role with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.

Technical:

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts such as RAG and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles including bias mitigation and transparency.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and API integration.
• Experience designing conversational flows and optimizing user experience.
• Programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript (a plus).
• Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Design, develop, and maintain intelligent AI agents to automate business processes and enhance user experience.
• Work with Microsoft Copilot Studio to create and optimize AI agents with seamless integration into existing systems.
• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and deliver robust AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor agent performance, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HSBC's data privacy and security standards.
• Produce technical documentation and share best practices.
• Stay current with AI, ML, and conversational platform trends.
