Senior DevOps Engineer

CLOUDFIDE SP. Z.O.O is engaged in delivering cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions, working with international organizations and Fortune 500 clients, focusing on Microsoft Azure environments.

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or similar engineering role, including senior or leading technical capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and a broad range of core cloud services.
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code concepts, able to design and own IaC at scale.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Deep experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, including design and optimization.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture: networking, compute, storage, security, and scalability.
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives autonomously and communicate decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent English communication skills to engage confidently with client stakeholders.

• Designing and implementing scalable, production-grade CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Leading architectural decisions for cloud and DevOps solutions, defining standards, patterns, and long-term platform strategy.
• Taking full ownership of DevOps initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Managing and evolving infrastructure as code using Terraform, focusing on maintainability and best practices.
• Collaborating directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and communicate technical decisions.
• Working with developers and cross-functional teams to continuously improve deployment, delivery, and operational processes.
• Mentoring mid and junior DevOps engineers, supporting their technical growth and raising the overall engineering standard.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to pipelines, cloud resources, networking, and integrations.
• Staying up-to-date with the Azure and DevOps ecosystem and proposing innovations to enhance platform capabilities.
