Test Manager

The client is an international technology company specializing in digital identity, security, and high availability systems, serving public and commercial sectors with a strong emphasis on IT security, quality, and reliability using applied cryptography.

• Higher education in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in testing with practical knowledge of test processes and design techniques
• ISTQB Foundation certification
• Documented experience in software testing and test management
• Very good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, ALM
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

• Additional testing certifications (ISTQB or similar)
• Experience in DevOps and CI/CD environments
• Knowledge of performance and security testing
• Experience in regulated environments such as banking, telecommunications, healthcare

• Defining and implementing test strategies, test plans, and test processes
• Leading and managing the testing team, including resource planning and task assignment
• Supervising functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing
• Ensuring adequate test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics realization
• Close collaboration with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and stakeholders
• Managing defect handling processes, prioritization, and resolution
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements, standards, compliance, and governance
• Identifying risks and proposing mitigation actions
• Developing and implementing test automation strategies
• Reporting test progress, quality status, and readiness for deployment
• Supporting release planning and go-live activities

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per week at the client's office in Łódź, Poland.
