UI/UX Designer (Middle)

Dev4Hire organizes B2B contracts for IT specialists, connecting them with clients interested in their services. They specialize in remote contracts and manage the entire contract selection and signing process, including payment handling.

• Approximately 3 years of experience as a UX/UI specialist (solid junior/middle level)
• Practical knowledge of interface design/production tools (Figma)
• Knowledge of UX design and UI design
• Polish language proficiency at business communication level (C1)
• English language proficiency at B2 level (nice to have)
• Ability to work in a team under supervision of an experienced senior
• 4 years of experience in a similar position

• Analyze application testing processes and create test scenarios
• Design application interfaces using Figma
• Support a senior team as a complementary process member
• Collaborate within a deployment team of over 7 specialists with diverse design competencies
• Develop competencies through cooperation with team members
• Work on diverse and changing projects over time
