Atlassian Administrator/ka (Jira/Jira SM, Confluence) / DevOps

• Extensive experience in advanced administration and architecture of cloud Atlassian environment (Jira, JSM, Confluence) with excellent knowledge of project design, roles, and automation best practices.
• Leadership experience as a Senior, Architect, or Tech Lead with mentoring skills and ability to set technological directions.
• Proficient knowledge of Atlassian REST API and ability to design integrations with external systems.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Analytical thinking with ability to map complex business processes into agile and secure system solutions.

• Maintain the Atlassian ecosystem to ensure it is efficient, scalable, and tailored to company needs while supporting the development team.
• Architect and develop the Atlassian ecosystem tenant (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence), including advanced configurations, complex workflows, automation, governance, security, and permissions management.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting developers, setting standards, reviewing code/scripts, and advising on complex technical issues.
• Design integrations of Atlassian with other enterprise systems and occasionally use MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to create small applications automating specific business processes.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and propose optimal solutions based on Atlassian tools.
