Administrator IT (K/M)

• IT-related education
• At least 1 year of IT experience in first-line support
• Practical knowledge of Windows 11 (installation and configuration)
• Knowledge of computer hardware structure and servicing (PCs, laptops)
• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Basic knowledge of system and network security
• Ability to manage and configure WordPress-based sites
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Powershell

Helpdesk:

• Support users in IT and software used in the company
• Repair and maintenance of computer hardware
• Installation and configuration of software/hardware
• Cooperation with IT service providers and hardware suppliers
• Ensuring continuity and reliability of workstations, laptops, and printers
• Preparing equipment for new workstations (onboarding)

Infrastructure Administration:

• Administration of workstations and peripheral devices
• Managing Active Directory (e.g., creating accounts, assigning permissions)
• Supervision of physical and virtual servers (Windows Server)
• Administration of mail server
• Maintenance of local network
• Creating VPN accounts
• Database management

WWW Administration:

• Administration of websites, mainly WordPress
• Managing DNS records, domains, and hosting services

External Client Support:

• Contact with clients (phone or email)
• Creating and managing accounts on offered platforms
• Occasional training on company platforms
