ERP Systems and AI Solutions Consultant

ICH Resources – Digital Core (part of Accenture’s Intelligent Consulting Hub) is a cross-market unit supporting clients across the EMEA region, focusing on Europe and the Middle East. They partner with leading companies in the Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, and Natural Resources industries to accelerate digital transformation journeys. The core expertise lies in delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation programs enhanced by AI-driven tools and methodologies to help clients achieve operational excellence and business transformation.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Tier 1 ERP systems implementation (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, MS Dynamics), including areas such as solution roadmap development, functional solution design, testing or test coordination, project management, data migration, cutover management, or post go-live hyper-care management
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced solutions such as SAP Joule or other SAP Business AI capabilities integrated into S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Alternatively, minimum 3 years of experience as key user or end user in finance, procurement, sales, logistics, manufacturing or human resources management using one of the Tier 1 ERP solutions
• Deep business process knowledge in at least one of the following fields: R2R, P2P, O2C, F2P, H2R or related functional areas: Finance, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing or Human Resources
• Bonus: Experience with SAP industry solutions tailored to Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Chemicals, or Natural Resources, including modules for Joint Venture Accounting, Hydrocarbon Supply and Distribution, Upstream and Downstream Operations Management, Retail Fuel Network Management, Asset Management, and Service Parts Planning

• Supporting clients in creating business value through SAP- and AI-powered digital solutions delivered on cloud and on-premise platforms
• Translating business requirements into innovative, intelligent, and harmonized solutions that drive transformation and efficiency
• Collaborating in multidisciplinary teams across locations, blending business and technology expertise
• Coordinating and managing large Business & IT Transformation programs, focusing on continuous innovation and data-driven improvement
• Gathering functional requirements and preparing functional designs for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
• Working flexibly, primarily remotely within the Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe model, with readiness to travel and collaborate onsite with clients across Europe and beyond when project needs require
