• Experience working with production systems, ERP, MES, WMS, or related systems
• Ability to work with technical, functional, or process documentation
• Experience in testing system changes and error analysis
• Practical skills in preparing or modifying system reports, functions, transactions, or configurations
• Operational independence, accuracy, and responsibility for work quality
• Ability to cooperate with business users and production environment
• Good work organization and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of implementation or maintenance processes in ERP/MES class systems
• Experience in creating instructions, procedures, and user documentation
• Knowledge of system labels, forms, functional configuration, or similar areas

• Preparing and modifying system reports according to documentation and established requirements
• Implementing, configuring, and testing system algorithms based on requirements, documentation, and pre-developed rules
• Testing system changes, analyzing errors, and participating in their removal after eliminating technological and parametric errors
• Supporting users during system startups and operation in production
• Developing system solutions including transactions, functions, and algorithms to facilitate system use or implement new processes based on documentation and pre-developed rules
• Developing and updating procedures for system tasks within own work scope and new solutions implemented in the areas
