Wymagania

  • At least 4-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, preferably as a subject matter expert.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
  • Previous experience in a global organization is an advantage but not required.
  • Passion for IT, AI, and digitalization.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably including LMS module and integrations.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to independently manage own activities and deliverables.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow skills, and take responsibility.

Obowiązki

  • Work primarily with SAP SuccessFactors and other systems in the systems landscape.
  • Act as an advisor and expert to digitally enable HR processes and create a great user experience.
  • Take ownership and proactively seek optimal solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the value of existing SuccessFactors platform to support people and business needs.
  • Lead initiatives from idea to Go Live, including requirement gathering, solution design, and ensuring quality execution.
  • Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration for best solutions.
  • Work closely with third-party vendor to ensure inspiration and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of digital enablement of HR processes aligned with company strategy.
  • Ensure data quality in HR systems is always at the highest level.
