Wymagania
- At least 4-5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors, preferably as a subject matter expert.
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Previous experience in a global organization is an advantage but not required.
- Passion for IT, AI, and digitalization.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably including LMS module and integrations.
- Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage own activities and deliverables.
- Eagerness to learn, grow skills, and take responsibility.
Obowiązki
- Work primarily with SAP SuccessFactors and other systems in the systems landscape.
- Act as an advisor and expert to digitally enable HR processes and create a great user experience.
- Take ownership and proactively seek optimal solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously assess and enhance the value of existing SuccessFactors platform to support people and business needs.
- Lead initiatives from idea to Go Live, including requirement gathering, solution design, and ensuring quality execution.
- Engage with internal business stakeholders to understand future demands and provide inspiration for best solutions.
- Work closely with third-party vendor to ensure inspiration and continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of digital enablement of HR processes aligned with company strategy.
- Ensure data quality in HR systems is always at the highest level.
