IT&Technology Director

Globalworth is a leading real estate player focusing its operations on Poland and Romania, the two largest markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The company acquires, develops, and manages assets with a particular emphasis on office buildings. Globalworth aims to become the landlord of choice for a broad and growing community of tenants representing international organizations operating in the CEE region. The Globalworth portfolio, valued at approximately 3 billion euros, is managed by a team of over 200 specialists mainly located in Warsaw and Bucharest.

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including 3 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to connect business and technology.
• Experience in managing projects at the interface of various departments.
• Experience in implementing optimization and automation solutions based on AI.
• Knowledge of system architecture, integration, and cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam).
• Experience in IT/OT networks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Good command of English.
• Communication, negotiation, and management skills.
• Proactivity and good work organization.

• Responsible for IT strategy and technological development of the company.
• Designing and developing architecture and IT systems based on business needs.
• Functional analysis of systems and identification and recommendation of optimal technological solutions, including market analysis.
• Preparing IT project concepts and developing technical specifications.
• Managing IT projects (planning, implementation, supervision of suppliers and integrations).
• Supervising testing of solutions, including web and mobile applications, and ensuring their quality.
• Ensuring data and system security and compliance with GDPR.
• Supervising IT system maintenance, infrastructure, and technical support (Helpdesk).
• Advising the Management Board and business on technological solutions.
• Managing the IT team and developing competencies in the technology area.
