• You are a currently enrolled university student graduating in 2027 or later
• You can effectively communicate in English (C1 level)
• You have good work organization skills, you can follow up on tasks and work with limited supervision
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, SharePoint and ServiceNow
• You are able to quickly learn to use new IT tools

• Assist in Application Management Services (AMS) activities to ensure smooth daily workflows. Training will be provided to familiarize you with the processes
• Use ServiceNow to monitor tasks and escalate delays to improve efficiency
• Support the production of weekly and monthly team performance reports. Guidance will be provided to develop reporting skills.
• Gain an understanding of the business domain
• Develop clear communication skills with team members and stakeholders
• Learn to use Agile methods to effectively adapt to changing priorities
