SAP Ariba Deployment Specialist

Our client is a global corporation offering a dynamic and innovative work environment within global structures. The role involves joining an international project team to support the rollout of a global procurement system and improve purchasing processes across different countries.

• Around 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Guided Buying
• Knowledge of SAP MM is a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20–25%)

• Support the implementation of a global procurement system in different countries
• Help teams choose the right way to create purchase requests in the system
• Work with SAP Ariba Guided Buying and support improvements in SAP MM
• Make sure procurement processes are simple, clear, and efficient
• Cooperate with teams from different countries and departments
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Help prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Support ongoing improvements and solve process-related issues
