Test Developer

Demant Warsaw is a part of the world-leading hearing healthcare group Demant, which offers solutions and services that help people with hearing loss connect and communicate with the world around them, including best-in-class hearing instruments.

• Preferably higher education (technical or a related field)
• 2+ years in a related field, including hands on experience with software testing and QA processes
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong quality mindset and attention to detail
• ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have)
• Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
• Willingness to learn and apply AI to improve and automate processes
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (a plus)

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scenarios (manual and automated)
• Create test plans and support test planning activities
• Track, analyze, and report test progress, risks, and quality status
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management)
• Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement in an agile setup
