Training Specialist

Our client is a global company in the transportation and logistics sector, specializing in international maritime freight. The organization operates an extensive network of trade routes, leveraging modern technologies to optimize supply chains and offering container solutions tailored to diverse customer needs. The company operates across multiple continents, collaborates with partners from various industries, and focuses on operational efficiency and service reliability.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing training materials.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering technical training (classroom and online).
• Excellent Business English, written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in a global company.
• Strong communication skills – ability to deliver clear messages that drive action; excellent presentation skills across all channels.
• Team player – fosters collaboration, builds strong working relationships, and prioritizes team success over individual goals.
• Quality‑oriented – follows processes, procedures and methodologies; able to define KPIs and objectives.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain consistent engagement and productivity while working remotely.

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating e-learning tutorials (Storyline, Synthesia) – an advantage.
• Experience with SAP FI module – an advantage.
• Academic background in System Applications and/or Finance – an advantage.
• Business experience in finance-focused training – an advantage.

• Design, develop and implement training materials for internal global teams.
• Deliver technical and business training sessions, both onsite (frontal) and through web‑based platforms.
• Create structured learning paths, presentations, tutorials and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain e-learning modules, including content developed in Storyline or Synthesia.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality training outputs.
• Ensure all training materials follow established processes, methodologies, policies and KPIs.
• Plan, prioritize and organize day‑to‑day training activities to meet deadlines.
• Work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment, maintaining productivity and engagement.
