AP Senior Finance & Accounting Process Specialist

• At least 2 years of experience in AP or related finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of AP procedures and policies.
• Good command of English at B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and understand KPIs.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

• Manage invoices pending approval or receipt, ensuring timely processing and payment within discount terms.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end tasks, including invoice validation, issue investigation, vendor master data updates, and communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide team members in resolving operational issues, leveraging process expertise when needed.
• Ensure all daily activities are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to internal clients and external partners.
• Identify and resolve issues related to accounts payable invoices and payments, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex matters, troubleshooting and resolving problems efficiently.
• Contribute to process transformation initiatives and support invoice processing activities as required.
