Design Support Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automation, scripting, AI/ML, solution engineering, or consulting.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Kubernetes, and AI/ML platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud environments, and security automation.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps cultures with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Demonstrated high EQ and excellent collaboration skills.

Build & Validate Automation and AI:

• Support the integration of automation, AI, and advanced analytics into daily tools and workflows.
• Develop and maintain automation using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.

Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD:

• Leverage IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to automate cloud and on-prem infrastructure provisioning.
• Support deployment through CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps), automating build, test, and release processes.

Data & Integration:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to build and baseline data lakes supporting AI agent lifecycle management.
• Design secure, scalable data integrations across Salesforce, Azure, and on-prem environments using APIs, Power Platform connectors, and automation frameworks.

Network, Security & Insights:

• Automate network and security operations using vendor APIs (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Apply data-driven analysis (Python, SQL, R) to generate insights and design automation-enabled solutions.

Collaboration & Enablement:

• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos, RFPs, and solution design discussions.
