Fullstack Engineer

The DevX Analytics & Insights team provides metrics and analytical products that drive change in DevOps practices across the organization, delivering key measures and critical insights for leadership to shape strategic change.

• 7+ years of experience in production application development in .NET ecosystems, including front-end development (preferably React) and DevOps activities
• Proficiency in C# and Web API development, with strong knowledge of scalable and secure backend services
• Hands-on experience with React, building dynamic and high-performance web applications
• Expertise in database design and SQL (SQL Server), including advanced T-SQL scripting and performance tuning
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automation)
• Strong understanding of SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Implement solutions following best design patterns and coding standards
• Analyze requirements, recommend improvements, and create clear documentation
• Lead UI changes and improvements to enhance UX and application stability
• Actively contribute to DevOps automation and improvement of CI/CD lifecycle
• Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle
• Participate in software architecture design and develop application prototypes
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing and resolving issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
