We are looking for a Ferryt Configuration Specialist / Business Process Consultant to join our team and help design, configure, and improve business workflows on the FerrytFlow platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and users to analyse requirements, model processes, and configure solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of MS SQL and confidence in writing SQL queries (T-SQL is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with BPMN and UML
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good communication skills
- Communicative level of English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of C#
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience with FerrytFlow and/or UniFlow
Obowiązki
- Gather and analyse business requirements for process implementation and development on the FerrytFlow BPM platform
- Design and configure business processes using Ferryt / FerrytFlow (BPMS)
- Translate business needs into efficient workflow solutions
- Configure and optimise business processes within the platform
- Support end users and deliver system training
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve and expand digital process solutions
