Senior Backend Developer (Node.js)

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development within production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, GCP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform.

• Build and enhance key backend functionalities, mainly within the reporting module and learning management tools.
• Design and develop scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Create and improve APIs that deliver learning insights in a clear and high-performance way.
• Work closely with the team to deliver features end-to-end, from architectural decisions to deployment.
• Actively participate in the Agile development process, including planning and code reviews.
