Senior DevOps Engineer( with AWS)

You'll be joining a cloud-native EdTech platform used daily by thousands of students and educators. We're building a secure, scalable AWS environment and we're looking for someone who values ownership, clean automation, and meaningful impact.

• Polish and English required at a proficient level
• Terraform or CloudFormation (IaC best practices)
• Solid experience with Docker and ECS/EKS orchestration (Fargate preferred)
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows
• Strong scripting skills: Bash + Python or Go
• Ability to work independently, mentor others, and take ownership
• Serverless architectures: API Gateway, SNS, SQS
• Cloud cost optimisation experience
• Windows RDS / Windows Server / SQL Server
• Cisco Networking / pfsense / Linux & Windows networking

• Design and build cloud infrastructure following AWS best practices (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, Route 53, ELB, CloudFront, DynamoDB and more)
• Write production-grade Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (preferred) or CloudFormation
• Containerise and orchestrate services with Docker and Amazon ECS/EKS (Fargate) — zero-downtime releases
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Configure observability and security: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub
• Collaborate with developers, SREs and product teams to improve release velocity and developer experience
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best-practice documentation
