Senior Full Stack Developer (Integrations & Middleware)

VSI / Voice & Script International is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, secure, and maintain complex integrations connecting core business systems. The role involves working with middleware, backend, frontend, and database technologies across Linux and Windows environments.

• Proficiency in C# (.NET Core), JavaScript / TypeScript, and T-SQL.
• Experience with middleware tools: Workato (Backplane), Power Automate, Office Scripts.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies: React.js, CSS, HTML.
• Familiarity with systems: MS Business Central, Pipedrive, Ooona.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure: S3, Lambda, EC2.
• Comfortable working with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and Power BI.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks: xUnit, nUnit.
• Understanding of OWASP security standards and security protocols such as OAuth.
• English language proficiency.

• Design and build automation recipes in Workato (Backplane) and Power Automate to sync data between Business Central, Pipedrive, and Ooona.
• Develop high-performance APIs and microservices using C# / .NET for data transformation and application logic.
• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards using React to visualize integration health and business data.
• Write and optimize MS SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure data consistency.
• Act as a technical bridge for junior developers, coaching them on backend concepts, API best practices, and complex SQL.
• Lead peer code reviews focusing on teaching clean, DRY code principles.
• Refactor legacy scripts into modern, tested, and documented services.
• Implement and test security protocols (OAuth, JWT, Encryption) to protect data between AWS and on-premise servers.
• Build unit tests (xUnit/nUnit/Jest) to ensure integration resilience to API changes or data spikes.
