Senior Business Analyst - Full remote (F/M)

The position is for a Senior Business Analyst role for a client in the pharmaceutical industry. The project involves building a data platform that integrates multiple data sources into a unified system for efficient analysis of commercial and market data, with advanced data visualization and AI-generated insights to support business decision-making. The solution is scalable and adaptable to evolving business needs.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in data/commercial projects (pricing, sales, market data)
• Practical knowledge of SQL and comfort working with data
• Understanding of how data platforms, integrations, and pipelines work
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating their needs into requirements
• Ability to look at a product holistically (KPIs, performance, optimization)
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with backlog management
• Basic understanding of AI / insight-generating models and their business applications
• Comfortable working at the intersection of business, data, and technology
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience in pharma or regulated environments is a plus

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and requirements
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams on data integration, pipelines, and system design
• Support the Product Manager in backlog management and prioritization
• Identify and track key KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to ensure clear communication and shared understanding
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven insights and data-driven features
• Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
