SAP SD Consultant – 100% remote

This is a 6-month contract role for an SAP SD Consultant focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Poland e-Invoicing (KSeF), offered by Red Global. The position is fully remote with potential for extension.

• Strong SAP SD knowledge (Order-to-Cash end-to-end).
• Experience with SD Billing, Pricing, Deliveries.
• Hands-on experience with Poland e-Invoicing (KSeF).
• L2/L3 support background.
• SD–FI integration knowledge.
• SAP ECC 6 experience.
• English speaking is a must.
• Polish speaking is a useful bonus.

• L2/L3 support for SAP SD across the full OTC cycle (orders, deliveries, pricing, billing).
• Handling incidents, service requests (SRs), change requests (CRs) and ensuring stable SD operations.
• Support for billing and e-invoicing integrated with KSeF (XML submission, monitoring, reprocessing).
• Managing KSeF rejections, corrections, credit/debit notes, and statutory invoices.
• Cooperation with FI and business teams to ensure compliance.
• Root-cause analysis and continuous process improvements.
• Work aligned with SLAs, including occasional extended hours during critical periods.

This role requires English language proficiency; Polish language skills are a bonus.
