The Design Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of product designers, web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. They build cybersecurity suite products such as NordVPN, NordPass, Saily & NordProtect, helping millions of users own their online lives by simplifying cybersecurity. Wymagania
- 4+ years of experience in product design for mobile and desktop apps with systems thinking.
- Self-driven with strong communication skills to articulate strategy and solutions to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Experience with Figma, familiarity with modern design systems, and expert-level prototyping skills.
- Meticulous eye for visual and interaction details.
Additional:
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities is a strong plus.
- Understanding of WCAG conformance criteria and accessibility testing.
- Experience in motion design.

- Collaborate and own projects alongside product owners, engineering, and UX research, taking the lead as a proactive problem solver.
- Navigate the unknown by exploring and rapid prototyping of ideas without following a strict plan.
- Design thoughtful, scalable solutions for complex systems with attention to visual and interaction details to create high-quality, user-friendly experiences.
- Contribute to a design culture valuing speed, craft, and honest feedback; mentor other designers to foster growth.
