Junior Tester (Manual / QA) (f/m)

ALAB laboratoria Sp. z o.o. is a nationwide network of diagnostic laboratories in Poland, performing 45 million tests annually. The company operates over 800 diagnostic material collection points and about 70 laboratories across all Polish voivodeships, offering more than 3500 different tests. They collaborate with the German LIMBACH group and universities worldwide to ensure high-quality services and use modern technology aligned with global standards in laboratory medicine.

• Basic knowledge of software testing
• Logical thinking and process analysis skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to clearly describe bugs
• Experience in writing test scenarios
• Basic understanding of web applications
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Jira and ClickUp tools
• Experience with CRO and A/B testing
• Understanding of frontend limitations
• Experience with high-traffic products
• Passion for data and analysis
• Experience in the medical industry

• Manual testing of web applications and internal systems
• Verification of new functionalities before production deployment
• Creating and updating test scenarios
• Reporting bugs and collaborating with development teams (frontend, backend, DevOps)
• Supporting regression testing before releases
• Participating in requirements analysis regarding quality and potential risks
