• Completed higher education (computer science, mechatronics, mechanics, data analysis, digitization, or related fields)
• Knowledge of the Linux environment
• Programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C++)
• Knowledge related to data management, databases, or digital processes is an additional advantage
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and willingness to solve complex problems
• Innovativeness, initiative, and focus on continuous development
• Very good communication skills
• Fluent English language skills

• Supporting and leading initiatives related to digital transformation in the Aircraft Engine Performance Analysis team, including:
• Transformation to a new process and archival data database
• Adjusting requirements and implementing a universal graphical interface for the engineering and technology division
• Analyzing and improving existing processes, data flows, and tools to increase efficiency and transparency
• Acting as a liaison between expert teams and partners, including the IT department, ensuring smooth communication and technical consistency
• Providing first-line support for selected internal tools and resolving encountered issues
