Junior IT Support Specjalist

Deer Group is a group of companies specializing in comprehensive interior design and finishing. It consists of nearly 150 professionals including directors, managers, architects, renovation teams, skilled craftsmen, and experienced contractors. • Practical knowledge of Windows systems including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
• Experience in handling and configuring printers and office devices.
• Good organizational skills, independence, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Communication skills, patience, and user support orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments and external vendors.
• Basic knowledge of configuring company phones and mobile devices.
• Accuracy in maintaining technical documentation and handling requests.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of macOS, iOS, or Android systems.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environment.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions.
• Experience in helpdesk or user support roles.

• Provide first-line technical support for employees regarding computer hardware, operating systems, software, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows computers.
• Configure, install, and troubleshoot printers and other office equipment.
• Handle user requests in the Jira system, including registration, classification, prioritization, and resolution.
• Escalate requests requiring advanced support to second-line support or appropriate vendors.
• Prepare and configure IT equipment for new and existing employees.
• Coordinate orders for IT equipment, accessories, and company phones.
• Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, instructions, and internal procedures.
• Support employees in daily hardware and software use and provide basic training.
• Manage IT equipment flow, inventory, and technical condition.
• Provide basic support to users of the internal CRM system.
