The company provides fourteen different software modules, supporting over 700 airplanes daily and thousands of airline employees.
Wymagania
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
- Proficient Windows user; experience with macOS is a bonus.
- Knowledgeable about PC hardware internals.
- Basic familiarity with Linux and at least one scripting language.
- Experience with Jira ticket analysis and problem-solving.
- Understanding of data security and foundational networking concepts (IPs, DNS, etc.).
- Knowledge about AI solutions including models, agents, and frameworks.
Obowiązki
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues reported by the team.
- Prepare and maintain workstations for new and existing employees.
- Maintain office hardware and inventory.
- Support IT processes for employee onboarding and transitions.
- Manage the lifecycle of software licenses from procurement to decommissioning.
- Take over manual processes and prepare AI-aided solutions.
- Assist remote colleagues with VPN connectivity and troubleshooting.
- Assist with backup operations and ensure endpoint devices comply with company recovery policies.
