Project Manager (Custom Application Development, German)

• 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
• 3 years of experience in people management, including performance reviews, development plans, and recruitment
• Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development
• Good knowledge of English and at least basic knowledge of German, with an option to refresh German during an intensive course if needed

• Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects
• Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development
• Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, and being responsible for selected ones
