As an SAP Solution Architect specializing in AI and Innovations, you will shape next-generation SAP solutions that combine S/4HANA, cloud technologies, and cutting-edge AI capabilities. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define modern architectures, develop value-driven offerings, and lead innovation discussions. Your work will directly influence strategic transformation programs, helping global organizations unlock the full potential of SAP and AI. This role gives you space to innovate, drive new ideas, and actively contribute to our future-focused solution portfolio.

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. Working across diverse industries, we support our clients in achieving their business transformation goals.

• Proven experience in SAP projects as a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or in a similar senior role, with strong business understanding and client engagement skills;
• Solid knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and related integration concepts;
• Understanding of AI capabilities in the SAP landscape and willingness to deepen expertise in this area;
• Ability to create compelling solution offerings, presentations, and value propositions with a strong sales-oriented mindset;
• Experience working with SAP’s AI-driven tools (such as SAP Joule);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Creativity, proactivity, and a strong focus on innovation;
• Excellent command of English (additionally, knowledge of German is considered a big plus).

• Develop and maintain our SAP solutions portfolio enhanced with AI capabilities;
• Create and manage solution offerings and actively promote them to clients, covering both Capgemini solutions and SAP’s ready-made products;
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define solution architecture and integration strategies;
• Support transformation projects based on S/4HANA and modern cloud platforms;
• Monitor SAP and AI market trends and propose innovative, value-driven solutions for clients.
