• Extensive practical knowledge of the UiPath platform or alternative tools used for process automation
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, JavaScript, or VB.NET)
• Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, with hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Git
• Benefit from prior experience in constructing agents as well as utilizing Process Mining and Communication Mining technologies
• Working fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Possess a proactive, solution-oriented approach characterized by a passion for automation, continuous improvement, and the analytical ability to navigate complex business processes
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, share knowledge with others, and maintain a structured, detail-oriented focus on innovation

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows by utilizing UiPath and associated technical tools
• Assist with the setup, rollout, and oversight of the platform within virtual environments
• Work alongside diverse teams to identify automation requirements and offer technical advice
• Help produce standardized components, templates, and necessary technical documentation
• Organize cross-functional meetings, workshops, and forums to promote knowledge sharing and alignment
• Identify and fix problems concerning the efficiency of automations and the reliability of the platform
• Monitor new trends in automation technology and suggest improvements for the system
