SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant (Germany)

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with German Payroll expertise to join an international implementation project (on-premise). This is a long term project with strong demand.

• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (Germany)
• Hands-on experience in configuration (customizing)
• Solid knowledge of payroll schemas and PCR rules
• Experience in SAP HCM on premise implementations
• Strong understanding of German payroll processes and compliance
• Fluent / professional German (mandatory)
• Good command of English

• Does not only use SAP, but actually configures it
• Has strong hands on experience with German payroll logic
• Can communicate confidently with German speaking stakeholders
• Is comfortable working in implementation projects

• Support implementation and integration activities
• Analyze and resolve payroll related issues
• Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
