Wymagania

  • Strong functional knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
  • Practical experience configuring automation rules, request types, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base integration in JSM.
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Roadmaps (Plans), including issue hierarchy and roadmap views.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills: ability to gather requirements, propose options, and explain trade-offs clearly.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with a focus on user experience and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud is desirable.

Obowiązki

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) usage, advising teams on scalable ways to structure work and knowledge.
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users and stakeholders: triage queries, resolve configuration requests, and translate requirements into workable solutions.
  • Configure Jira projects including issue types, workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
  • Manage Confluence information architecture including spaces, templates, page structures, and governance.
  • Design JSM service projects including request types, portals, SLAs, queues, and knowledge base integration.
  • Partner with teams to design and improve service and delivery processes, including workflows, approvals, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain automation rules in Jira and JSM to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
  • Support planning and portfolio management using Advanced Roadmaps (Plans), including hierarchy design, dependency management, and roadmap reporting.
  • Produce clear documentation, templates, and "how-to" guides; run clinics, training sessions, and onboarding to improve adoption and self-service.
  • Support integration and reporting needs such as dashboards, filters, and subscriptions to measure flow, service performance, and delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to platform governance by recommending standards and guardrails balancing flexibility with consistency.
