Practice Lead

• Proven ability to manage and coordinate across multiple domains.
• Experience in analyzing engineering data and providing actionable insights.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and their application across software, operations, and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components.

• Support engineering transformation by coordinating uplift initiatives across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups.
• Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and prepare status reports.
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement and engineering maturity.
• Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways.
• Ensure consistency in standards and practices across Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cybersecurity, and business technology teams.
• Participate in Steering and Working Group sessions.

Kraków: 6 days per month on-site required.
