Senior Product Manager

Allegro is a company working on key projects related to international expansion, including integrations with the customs agency and projects concerning oversized shipments. The role is within the Delivery Experience Integration area, focusing on delivering product solutions that create tangible business value.

• Proven ability to lead and develop efficient product areas.
• Strong experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or system integration.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate work into business value and risk.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable product solutions in production environments.
• Understanding of IT systems architecture and integration processes.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL).
• Eagerness to use modern tools, including for automating repetitive tasks.
• Degree strongly related to Product Management, Business, IT, or relevant job experience in PM/Product Owner positions.

• Leading and developing the product area, fostering a highly engaged and collaborative environment within the team.
• Defining the product vision and development direction, aligning initiatives with business and product strategy.
• Acting as a partner for stakeholders, translating business problems into well-structured product initiatives and priorities, with a specific focus on integration.
• Guiding the team in designing, delivering, and maintaining scalable product solutions, especially in the context of logistics and international deliveries.
• Effectively managing project execution by setting priorities, delegating work, and removing technical and organizational blockers.
• Overseeing project delivery, ensuring sound product decisions are made, efficient resource utilization, and timeliness.
• Supporting growth, engagement, and senior-level decision-making.
• Providing regular feedback and support for individual development.
