Product Manager - Allegro Finance PSP

Allegro is building a new Payment Service Provider (PSP) to enable secure and seamless money movement across the Allegro and Allegro Finance ecosystem. The FinTech team focuses on developing scalable and reliable financial technology solutions including a proprietary wallet, reconciliation engine, and automation of funding and sealing processes.

• Proven experience in product management, ideally at the intersection of fintech, product, technology, and AI.
• Hands-on expertise in driving the entire product delivery cycle from discovery to post-launch improvements.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Strong sense of ownership and collaboration to solve problems.
• Comfortable communicating in Polish (C1) and English (B2).

• Define and drive the vision and strategy for fintech products, ensuring clear communication of value to customers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and market.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and milestones prioritizing products and enhancements to deliver maximum impact.
• Define requirements and validate business needs related to cash flow in PSP.
• Ensure data quality, usability, and effective management processes.
• Define strategic problems to tackle, focusing on business outcomes and accountability for product results.
• Drive continuous product discovery and delivery, including user needs assessment, value, usability, feasibility, and viability risks.
• Ensure successful go-to-market and ongoing evolution of solutions.
• Write well-structured documents presenting strategy, product development plans, and work.
• Collaborate with engineering, technical leaders, and support teams for smooth product launches and post-launch support.
• Build strong relationships with diverse internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Build proprietary wallet solution designed for performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Design and refine a reconciliation engine ensuring transaction accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
• Automate funding and sealing processes to streamline secure, instant, and transparent financial operations.
