• 1–3+ years of hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP/martech systems
• Working knowledge of AEP Schemas (XDM), Datasets, Identities, Profile, Segmentation
• Working knowledge of Data ingestion (batch/streaming), Data Prep, and Destinations
• Working knowledge of Tagging and edge components such as Adobe Tags (Launch), Web SDK, Mobile SDK
• Working knowledge of concepts related to customer data privacy, identity resolution, and governance

Nice to have:

• Experience with any CDP tool
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEM)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and event based architectures
• Adobe certifications

Platform Configuration & Development:

• Design Adobe Experience Platform schemas, datasets, identities, and DULE policies
• Build custom components and extensions to support real time customer profile, segmentation, and activation capabilities
• Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and security standards

Data Pipeline Implementation:

• Develop and maintain data ingestion using AEP connectors
• Configure workflows to support data export processes
• Implement integrations between AEP and enterprise systems to ensure accurate and reliable end to end data flows

Operations & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Support performance optimization, monitoring, and reliability improvements for all data import and export activities

Documentation & Collaboration:

• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and handover materials for operational support
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and marketing teams to deliver well aligned and scalable AEP solutions
