Senior Delivery Lead – Global SAP Transformation

We’re supporting a major international organization on a flagship SAP S/4HANA transformation program focused on a complex, multi-market transformation in the retail and e-commerce industry.

• 8–10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in OTC
• Proven track record in global SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred)
• Experience as a Delivery Lead / Stream Lead in large transformation programs
• Strong understanding of cross-functional integrations (Finance, Logistics, eCommerce)
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models is a plus

• Own and lead the global OTC workstream within SAP S/4HANA
• Drive design and standardization of key OTC processes (Order Management, Billing, Credit, Collections)
• Ensure strong alignment between business, IT, and external partners
• Lead end-to-end delivery from blueprint and design through to go-live and hypercare
• Proactively identify risks and drive resolution in a complex environment
• Support change management and user adoption across multiple regions
• Coordinate dependencies with Finance, Supply Chain, and other workstreams

The role requires a presence in the office in Warsaw at least 6 days per month.
