Wymagania
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work independently, proactively and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems.
- Experience with coordinating team events.
- A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
- Passion for people, culture, and process improvement.
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies.
- Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects.
Obowiązki
- Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with the payroll vendor in Poland.
- Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
- Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
- Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
- Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
- Assist with administrative tasks and office management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support People Business Partners on projects and initiatives.
- Support M&A activities, including integration support, as required.
- Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
