Python Engineer - Freelance (Hybrid work in Warsaw)

The company works with clients including Volkswagen, IKEA, and Keller Williams, delivering application development services across industries such as fintech, healthcare, commerce, tourism, and robotics.

• Minimum 3 years of full-time coding experience.
• Solid, hands-on knowledge of Python and Django.
• Curiosity about or experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, FastAPI integrations).
• Comfortable testing with Pytest.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fluent Polish (C1) and good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Vue JS and Quasar.
• Solid skills with Docker and Linux.
• Ability to write clear, concise documentation.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience with performance optimization.

• Choose when, where, and how to work on projects and tasks as a Netguru freelancer.
• Collaborate daily with senior professionals and domain experts.
• Guide clients toward effective, scalable solutions.
• Take ownership beyond routine development tasks.
• Deliver high-impact digital solutions for internationally recognized clients.

• Location preferably Warsaw, Poland.
• Hybrid work with at least one day per week from client's office in Warsaw.
• Contract type: B2B.
• Must have Polish language proficiency at C1 level.
