Salesforce Business Analyst (CPQ)

We are looking for an experienced professional for our client who can combine business analysis with advanced technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. The project involves working with Quote-to-Cash processes and Agile methodologies.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including Agile frameworks and backlog management.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce modules, specifically Salesforce CPQ; Conga CPQ experience is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story development with clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Salesforce solutions, including configuration and process automation.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation, regression testing methodologies, and defect resolution processes.
• Understanding of data flows, business rules, and process mapping.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT governance and compliance best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are an asset.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Conga CPQ Certification preferred
• Optionally Salesforce Business Analyst, CBAP certification or equivalent

• Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs), Product Owners (POs), and Champions to gather, triage, document and refine business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Continuously update and refine requirements to maintain an accurate backlog.
• Work with Solution Architects to validate feasibility of requested functionality and provide high-level effort estimates.
• Develop deep knowledge of relevant Salesforce modules and propose optimal configurations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of business rules, data flows, and system configurations.
• Develop and maintain UAT test scripts and optionally support during UAT execution.
• Assist Test Managers and Delivery Teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing test cases, and aiding in defect triaging.
• Prepare global training materials reflecting business and technical context in coordination with Comms, Change & Training team.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to drive system improvements.
